About me

My journey has been full of personal and career challenges, while working towards my undergraduate degree I realized that the learning experience can change when you become aware of your strengths, competencies and behaviors. My mentors showed me ways and challenge me to be open to new insights, but back then it was not easy to understand as it is now. Every year (and I still do) I worked towards developing a new personal or professional skill or competency, just like building blocks to grow. My experiences although most from USA, also come from countries such us Chile, Argentina, Panama, Mexico, Dubai, where I met wonderful and smart people and allowed me always to walk with a bag of lessons to learn. One of the things that experience taught through these years was to always be open and find perspectives to understand context before behaviors. 

My 20+ years of experience working with people and organizations with focus on the environment and workers safety stand behind my practice, with the time teaching and mentoring became an absolute in my career and I went beyond providing knowledge and direction to help others and give back. To me the answer to this was coaching. 

I got my bachelors degree (Risk Prevention Engineer) from Chile, and my Masters degree from (Spain) and became triple board certified in USA in the main EHS disciplines a CSP, CIH and CHMM. As a life long learner, Mentoring and Coaching are part of my natural skills tool set.
