| Strengths Coaching
Strengths are pre-existing ways in which we behave, think and feel. There is debate in between specific differences of what should be called a “strength”; talents, skills, interests and so on, but something that it is agreed among the debate is that, this so called strengths come easy to the person, they can energize, enhance and multiply the benefit of what the do for them and for others with the caveat that they can be unknow, not or under user or even over use so it becomes highly important to be aware of them for the person.
It is also said that our strengths make us what we are, are foundational of our character, it is what make us feel authentic and perform at our top capacity, in the flow.
This is why, thinking about grow, performing, reaching higher marks it becomes essential to be aware of these strengths as well as how and when we use them.
If I share with you that knowing your strengths could bring significant improvement in your relations, increase happiness at home and work, balance your life, reduce stress and increase performance, wouldn’t make only sense to at least become aware of them and mindfully use them?
| Emotional Intelligence Coaching
Let’s face it, even if we lock them in and not show at all, everyone has emotions. It‘s a simple fact – a part of our being human. And whether we realize it or not, these emotions impact us every day. They also impact those around us, both in the workplace and in our personal lives.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a set of skills that help us better perceive, understand and manage emotions in ourselves and others. Collectively they help us make intelligent responses to, and use of, emotions. These skills are as critical as your intellect (IQ) in determining success in work and life.
Everyone, no matter what job function, has interactions with other people. Your capacity to understand your emotions, to be aware of them and how they impact the way you behave and relate to others, will improve your ‘people‘ skills and help you ultimately be more satisfied and successful.
Emotional intelligence is about being smart in how we respond to and manage emotions at work so people can better connect, communicate and collaborate.
